Committee Meetings
Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month at John Hughes Volkswagen in Victoria Park starting a 6.30pm.
Committee meetings are open to all members and invited guests.

Event Co-Ordination Meetings
Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of every month at Wangara Volkswagen starting at 6:30pm.

Meetings are held to discuss preparations for the 2011 Toodyay Bug-In and the 2010 Day of the Volkswagen.

If you would like to help out and get involved in either of these events please come along.

Annual General Meetings
Our AGM's are held in September each year.
The AGM's are for all members it is an opportunity to put forward your ideas for the club.
Any member can stand for election on to the committee and vote on all nominees.
