Unique Motors Pty Ltd, now trading as Unique Auto Parts began in 1995 as a three bay mechanical workshop specializing in Mercedes Benz. In 1998 they brought Mercwreck and Volksparts and started supplying second hand parts. After purchasing OK imports in the early 2000's, Unique Auto Parts started importing new parts and moved their head office to its current location in Dandenong. By 2007 they had acquired Mr Bug, joined Capricorn and officially began trading under the name Unique Auto Parts.

In 2008 a second warehouse was opened in Slacks Creek Brisbane which due to success was moved to a much larger location late in 2013. In the 12 months following this move two more branches opened in Melbourne, one in Mornington which services the Mornington Peninsula and the other in the North Eastern suburb of Heidelberg. Over the years Unique Auto Parts have accumulated an impressive list of suppliers and now focus solely on supplying new parts for Mercedes Benz, VW, BMW, Mini, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Porsche, Citroen, Peugeot, Renault and Volvo.
