Northam Motor Sport Festival & Toowoo Camp
Join club members for a weekend of cruising, camping and classic motor sports action on the streets of Northam.
Please Note, if you wish to attend the Shannons Car Show on Sunday the 27th, you must register for this event prior to the 4th of April.
On Saturday the 26th of April we will cruise from Guildford to Toodyay where we will stop for lunch (venue TBC) and have a wander around the streets and shops of Toodyay. We will then take a short drive to Toowoo Farm where we will set up camp for the night. On Sunday morning the 27th, we will make our way, approx 30 minutes, to Northam where we will park at the Shannons' Car Show for the day. From there, the day will be yours to explore the many attractions of the Northam Motor Sport Festival, the highlight of which being the classic motor racing action of the Flying 50 on the streets of Northam's CBD.

4:30 pm ish: Depart Northam. You have two options from here. Option one: make your own way back to Perth, possibly travelling in company with other members heading straight back to Perth. Or, Option two: travel back to Toowoo Farm and camp another night there before returning to Perth on Monday morning.
Feel free to do as much or as little of the weekend as you like. If you just feel like doing the cruise to Toodyay for lunch and then return home, that's OK. If camping is not your thing, and you just want to join us in Northam on the Sunday, that's also doable. If you are just interested in cruising up on Sunday, let me know via email, executive@vwclubwa.com, and if there is enough interest, I will look into organising a cruise to Northam from Guildford on Sunday morning.
Campers will need to be self-sufficient. There is no power or drinking water available at Toowoo Farm. Toowoo Farm has a flushing toilet and BBQs available for use by campers.
For campers and race-goers, this is not a dog-friendly event. Toowoo is a working farm with livestock and pets are not allowed at the Northam race event.
