Donnybrook Apple Festival 2026

The cruise to Donnybrook Apple Festival – The VW club has again been invited to attend the 2026 Donnybrook Apple Festival, where we will display our cars alongside other motoring clubs. This event is open to members and non-members. To help out the Apple Festival organisers with numbers, could you please register for this event via our website or the Member Jungle App, if you intend on joining us.

-First Departure Point – Wells Park, Kwinana Beach. Arrive by 0645 for a 0700 departure time. Cruise to Pinjarra via Ennis Ave, Paganoni rd, Kwinana freeway and Pinjarra rd to Pinjarra Bakery.

-Second departure point is from the Pinjarra Bakery, Peel Street, Pinjarra. 0800 departure time. We will travel via the Southwest Highway to Donnybrook where we will park and display our cars out front of Ruby’s Brew café on Collins Street in Donnybrook.

**Please note, the car display is a lock-in event from 10 am to 2 pm**.

Once parked up, the day is yours to explore all that the Apple festival has to offer.

Event timeline:

06:45 am: Meet at Wells Park, Kwinana Beach, for a 7:00 am departure. OR Pinjarra Bakery Pinjarra 08:00 am departure. Arriving somewhere around 09:45 to 10:00 am. Cars will be on display between 10:00am and 2:00 pm. We will have prime parking as we will border the Apple festival parade route.

2:00 pm: Lock-in ends; members and visitors are free to head home after this time.

One of our members, Andrew, lives in Donnybrook and his wife, Tegan, runs the Ruby Brews café. Andrew and Tegan have kindly offered members who wish to spend the night in Donnybrook some space behind their café so we can camp the night. You will need to be self-sufficient with respect to power and water, but there will be access to flushing toilets.
